the boat race is an annual yearly race between two universities, Cambridge and oxford and they race each other in a long race over the Thames, there is a woman race and a man race and there is 9 people in the boat and they row for over 20 minutes, it is a very intresting race as they do it every year and it gets loads of views, there is a cox and a stroke and they all work as a team and try to get to the end as quick as possible.
one of my favourite bits from the the race is when the boats sink and all the people just sit there was the boat sinks away it is very funny. the training must take like 6 to 7 months as they have to get in fit shape as they are trying to be the best in this private race, it is a very good watch, but it is also very stressful. The last one was a double cambridge victory, they have been very good and won the last serveal races as they are very pro.
you should totally watch the boat race as it is very good, but the next one aint till 2024. thank you for reading.
