breakdown

 sometimes I have a breakdown when everything gets on top of me and I get stressed and everything is too much and I just collaspe and just get upset and stressed so much that I feel down and depressed, it's noone fault, its not something thats meant to happen, it just how my brain thinks and it thinks too much and everything just collaspes, its like having a panic attack. 

It's okay to have a breakdown because everyone has them, some people more than others and you might have one every day and thats okay because thats how you handle things and you just need to be yourself. You are the best person you have ever been and thats great and you dont need to impress anyone but yourself even if you fancy the pants of someone, they will understand your flaws and get you on a deep connection.
