 Outfits are things people wear to promote something like a car wash or a diner, you might dress up as a banana or a apple to promote a farmers market. 

They are big outfits that you have to get into and walk around in, they have a big head and they cover you entirely, you will get sweaty from being inside of them all day, but they are fun to control. You will find alot of them at sports games as every team has a mascot they have to battle each other as they are there to entertain the crowd. they are very cool, aresenal has the mascot gunnerasaus.
