Over Sleeping

 Over Sleeping is bad cause you might have somewhere to go, like work or a date with your partner. You might over sleep cause you are tired after a long day at work and have very little time to sleep, it becomes very frustating that you are caught in this pattern everyday where you have little time to sleep but need to sleep to function. It has become a way of the shit world. Over Sleeping might also happen if you are having a good dream and cant be arsed to wake up. You might be dreaming about dinosaurs or pirates and you are on an adventure. 

You might also sleep alot if you are depressed or in alot of pain as it tries to heal you as you sleep. If you sleep two long you might also have get heart disease and diabetes cause you are spending all day in bed. Sleep is important but you can't have too much sleep otherwise you get hurt inside. You usually sleep around 8 hours a day thats like 1/3 of your life. Thank you for reading tonight.
