Cool Kids are people who you really like and hang out with them at the park or the local carpark and you just hang out and talk about stuff. You might go to the mall and spend the day shopping with them or you might go back to your house and play a video game or something. You might take 1000 selfies with them or you might go out and have a meal with them.
They aren't the same as gangs as they don't deal with bad stuff and are just there to live life, there are many movies that feature cool kids like mean girls or that simpsons episode where lisa goes to the beach.
It's important to have friends as they can really support you as they are your rock and will always be there for you when you are having a bad time.
