Tennis

 Tennis is a ball and ratchet sport. Where you try to get the ball over the net. Tennis used to play many many years about with basic stuff. King Henry VIII was a big fan of it and used to sentence anyone to death when he lost. It is a French game as they shout out deuce and ace. 

You play with a ball its very bouncy and you hit it with a ratchet. Many famous players from Fred Perry to Andy Murray. Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal are also two big names in the sport. There are 4 tournaments in the year, these take place in America, Australia, France and England, but not in that order. 

You normally hear the phrase, Game Set and Match from the sport as that is where it comes from. You have to get 4 points in a row to get a game and then 6 games for a set then 3 sets for a match its very confused, but very fun to watch.

Some famous females are Sue Barker and Serena and Venus Williams. You can also play doubles where there are 4 people on courts.
